The User Interface
The SupplyPoint user interface is simple, fast and intuitive and is
designed for people with even the most limited computing experience –
typically users can be trained in less than 10 minutes.
With a choice of lightpen or touchscreen input options, the interface
allows users to quickly identify and select the item and quantities
they require, whilst automatically enforcing access control rules and
capturing management information for later analysis.
All normal operation of the system is performed with the user
interface, including withdraw, restock, returns and collections; each
screen is clear and efficient, providing the user with only the
information they need, preventing ‘information overload’ and ensuring
correct data entry.
